Glad to hear that some members of a.a.b.l. tried out the Northampton Lanes. I would like more detailed information on how they stacked up against the late lamented Lanes and Games.
I'm afraid there might be something wrong with the lanes at Spare Time. None of us were able to break 200. Strikes are hard to come by. That's probably why they call it Spare Time.
Ohmigosh, I can't believe there was actually a bear in your back yard! It's a good thing Bert was looking out for you. Love the scene from The Office. I think the kind of bear that is best is a faraway bear. I saw one on the side of the road during a bike ride in northern Wisconsin, and that was too close for me! I love the Lanes & Games video -- I've never seen that before. Excellent editing on the part of whoever edited that ("when the wrecking ball comes," just as the ball knocks all the pins down). And of course, the narrator was great, too!

It is a fitting tribute!
BRAVO!

I failed you in not promoting that bowling video when it first came out!
